Whoopsie! Another Iraq Massacre

On March 15th, 2006, in Ishaqi, which is a town about 100km (60 miles) north of Baghdad, a number of Iraqi's died. The U.S. military claimed these Iraqis were involved in a firefight after a tip-off to the effect that an al-Qaeda supporter was visiting a house in the town. According to military authorities, the building collapsed under heavy fire, killing four people - a suspect, two women and a child.

However, the BBC has uncovered a video-tape that shows a number of dead adults and children at the site with what our world affairs editor John Simpson says were clearly gunshot wounds. In the days after the "firefight", Iraqi police made the claim that US troops had deliberately shot up to 11 people.

I guess we'll see where this goes. The tape was obtained from "a hardline Sunni group opposed to coalition forces". However, it has been cross-checked against other images and is "believed" to be genuine.

But the American "Liberation" army is supposed to be playing a more elevated game.

You anti-america/england/ christian/aything anglo-saxon types always creep me out with your gusto in reporting American crimes in the war. I don't necessarily support the war, but I know which side of the line we stand over here in the West. There's nothing wrong with being critical of how our own nations cunduct themselves in times of war, but the feeding frenzy and the, "See I told you so" attitude when you report these tragedies is dispicable.
I mean, never mind the suicide bombers and beheaders, their just freedom-fighters right?
